  Karen H. CookKaren H. Cook has been a member of the firm of Masano ◊ Bradley since 1986. Her practice involves the areas of real estate, environmental law, banking, civil litigation, estate planning and probate. She actively practices in State and Federal Court.

Ms. Cook's litigation practice has included all aspects of civil litigation, including: personal injury, insurance defense, mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, collections, environmental matters, real estate and land use matters and commercial matters.

A Reading native and graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, Ms. Cook earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University in 1983. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Dickinson School of Law in 1986.

Ms. Cook is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, Sections of Tort and Insurance practice and Natural Resources, Energy and the Environment. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Section of Real Estate and Probate and Trust; the Berks County Bar Association, where she is active in the Section of Environmental Law and served as the Chairman of the Section in 1995 and 1996, and 2004 and 2005. Ms. Cook is a volunteer with the United Way of Berks County and is on the Board of Directors of Dayspring Homes, Inc.
