 Richard L. Guida has been employed by the firm of Masano ◊ Bradley since 1999. His practice emphasizes litigation and educational law.
Mr. Guida specializes in litigation, educational law, and municipal law. Representing the fifth largest school district in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mr. Guida is routinely appears before the Court of Common Pleas and the Appellate courts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Guida also maintains a general municipal practice, including, but not limited to, drafting and advertising ordinances, zoning enforcement and Municipalities Planning Code practice.
A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Guida earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in 1969 from the Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor Degree in 1972 from the Dickinson School of Law.
Mr. Guida is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Bar Associated, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Berks County Bar Association.
