 E. Michael Zubey, Jr., joined Masano ◊ Bradley in 1999. Mr. Zubey concentrates in the firm’s business, employment, labor, municipal and litigation practices. He is formerly the chairman of the Employment Law Section of the Berks County Bar Association.
Mr. Zubey specializes in all aspects of employment, labor, municipal and education law. He routinely practices before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Mr. Zubey provides counsel and training to our clients in various legal matters including employment practices liability, privacy, wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment matters and other general human resources topics.
Mr. Zubey was born and reared in Lebanon County. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both economics and psychology from Villanova University in 1993. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1996.
Mr. Zubey is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Berks County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations.
